Allan Lee is a dynamic financial leader dedicated to driving organizational success through the development of strong teams and efficient processes. With decades of experience across finance and operations, Allan specializes in creating innovative financial systems and cultivating collaborative environments that empower teams to excel. Mr. Lee is a Canadian designated CPA and has held prior positions in the utility infrastructure space at InfrastruX Group, PrimeLine Utility Services and Gridtek Utility Services.

Chris Reinmiller serves as Chief Operating Officer of Peak Utility Services Group, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all operating companies. In this role, Chris partners closely with the executive team and company presidents to drive growth, innovation, and organizational excellence while ensuring alignment with Peak’s mission and vision.

With more than 17 years of experience in the utility construction services sector, Chris has a proven track record of scaling businesses, leading mergers and acquisitions, and expanding into new markets. His career includes executive leadership positions at InfrastruX Group and PrimeLine Utility Services, and most recently he served as President of Superior Pipeline Services and Superior HydroVac, where he delivered strong operational performance and market expansion.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is recognized for his visionary leadership style and commitment to fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and high performance across the organization.

Mr. Story is a technologist, visionary and business leader whose 20+ year career includes serving as Chief Information Officer, EVP of Operations, Director of Technology and Advisory Board Member of public, private and early-stage companies across many sectors including utilities & energy construction, technology, professional services, retail, manufacturing and government. This includes over 25+ M&A transactions while at Intel, InfrastruX Group, PrimeLine Utility Services and VINCI Energies.

Jack has deep experience in strategic planning, acquisition, and deployment of advanced business solutions and technology. Specializes in leading organizations to maximize the return on investment, drive growth and optimize business operations utilizing enterprise technology. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University.

Kerry Bowlin brings more than three decades of leadership in the energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors to his role as Chief Revenue Officer at Peak Utility Services Group. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communications, Kerry has built an impressive track record of entrepreneurship and operational excellence.

He co-founded the Bowlin Group, a leading infrastructure services provider, as well as a regional broadband service company, guiding both to successful acquisitions. Beyond his executive roles, Kerry manages a multimillion-dollar real estate and digital infrastructure portfolio, leveraging his expertise in business analysis, financial strategy, and project management.

Dedicated to both professional achievement and personal fulfillment, Kerry values time spent with his wife, their four children, and grandchildren.

Phil Lancaster serves as Vice President of Peak Utility Services Group. With more than three decades of leadership experience in the energy and infrastructure industries, he has held multiple executive roles across both public and private companies.

Prior to joining Peak, Phil was Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at Mammoth Energy Services, Inc., where he also acquired 5 Star Electric LLC in 2017 as part of Mammoth’s infrastructure portfolio. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Mammoth Energy Services (NASDAQ: TUSK).

Phil’s earlier leadership experience includes serving as President of Mammoth Energy Partners LP, Chief Executive Officer of Redback Energy Services LLC, and Chief Executive Officer of Great White Energy Services, Inc. He also advised Wexford Capital LP on new investment opportunities and previously served on the boards of Bronco Drilling Company, Inc. and Gulfport Energy Corporation.

Phil earned a Bachelor of Science degree from David Lipscomb College.

Mr. Polk joined Peak in July of 2020, and brings with him over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry, both before and after going to law school. Mr. Polk began his career in construction with a major national homebuilder. After law school, Mr. Polk was a litigator and trial lawyer, who specialized in a broad range of commercial and construction disputes, and transactions. Most recently, he spent the last almost seven years as the General Counsel for a large specialty trade contractor, with operations around the Intermountain West. 

Mr. Polk received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Colorado, where he was a member of the President’s Leadership Class, and his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. He is licensed to practice before all courts in Colorado and Wyoming.

Ray has been an integral part of Peak Utility Services Group since 2019, leveraging his vast experience in building and leading Talent Acquisition Teams and driving organic growth strategies. With over a decade in senior HR leadership roles within utility construction, Ray excels in developing and nurturing talent.

In his current role, Ray is dedicated to spearheading the expansion of our organization by attracting and recruiting top-tier professionals who emphasize quality and safety. His strategic vision and commitment to employee development are key to our ongoing success.

Previously, as Director of Recruitment at ADB Companies, Ray was a vital member of the Leadership Team. He played a crucial role in workforce planning and execution, particularly during periods of significant geographic expansion, ensuring the right talent was in place to support growth.

Ray’s strong academic foundation, highlighted by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, complements his hands-on experience, making him a driving force in our HR initiatives and a champion of our people-focused culture.

Brad Brill is a strategic and mission-driven safety executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the energy, utility, defense, and infrastructure sectors. As Vice President of Safety for Peak Utility Services Group, Brad oversees enterprise-wide safety operations, guiding culture, compliance, and performance across high-risk, multi-state environments.

Prior to joining Peak, Brad held multiple senior safety leadership roles within Quanta Services, including Vice President of Safety & Training for the South Region, where he directed safety operations for 14 companies and over 7,500 employees. He also led safety strategy for North Houston Pole Line Group and Northstar Energy Solutions, building scalable safety frameworks, developing industry-leading training programs, and mentoring large teams of safety professionals. His work at Quanta consistently elevated safety culture, standardized best practices across business units, and strengthened operational excellence.

Brad served in the US Marines in both the enlisted and officer ranks and attributes many of his core values to his service to our great nation. As an Afghanistan combat vet, Brad has a passion for veterans and is a relentless advocate for assisting transitioning veterans into successful post-military careers.

Brad holds numerous safety and training certifications, actively contributes to workforce readiness initiatives, and is recognized for mentoring high-performing teams. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.

Meiyi Sung joined the Company in August 2021 as the Corporate Controller. She brought over 20 years of professional experience in SaaS, medical devices, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing industries. Her prior professional career was with VC-backed and Fortune 100 companies in the US, Shanghai, and Taiwan. Meiyi has held positions as VP of Finance, plant controller, country finance director, and managing director of finance. She received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin, BBA in Accounting from University of Dubuque, and holds the CPA certification.
